Closing One Door Always Opens Another

Sharing a Cup Of Kindness for Auld Lang Syne

As we ring out one year, closing the door to 2018, we open the door the yet to be created 2019. The words of the song, Auld Lang Syne, ring very true for me as I have learned so much this past year about letting go.

You might think it odd that learning regression under the loving and compassionate heart of Dr. Brian Weiss is about dredging up the past, and yet it’s about progressing into the future a little lighter and brighter because of it.

Most of the things I thought were true have been de-constructed this past year, luckily, in a very kind and compassionate way. I’ve learned a lot of how our words are the coding to our consciousness system and how we can learn to decode, decipher, and un-encrypt  the energetic charge within our DNA through simple methods of breath, movement and remembering.

We review the Year at a glance on New Year’s Eve, remembering with Joy, if only for this one night of clarity, all of the things we learned and incredibly grateful that some things are now behind us! What a joy and relief at the same time!

It’s the one night out of the year that we can be unafraid of the Unknown and Yet to Be. We fully embrace the Unwritten and unspoken path we are about to embark on.

Creating from the Heart gives depth beyond measure

As I held and treasured the gifts made for me by loving family and friends and reflected on what I created for others, I had the awareness of where future growth and development could be and how I was thankful for what I DID make time for this year.

Time is our most precious commodity, for when we have time we can constantly create more wealth, joy, good health, good relationships and treasured inner peace. The things we hold most dear.

Keeping it short this day, my friends to give my time to my family and fill my own cup today with joy and love.

Share the wealth, give a smile, a warm thought, a call, a text or something to ring in this new year with one page of a written or spoken acknowledgment that YOU ARE HERE!

Embrace this human existence for all it’s Glory and….

Carry On….
